Last Saturday evening we attended the last night of Chihuly Nights at Phipps Conservatory. There are no words to describe just how beautiful the art glass was with all that special lighting. Because using the flash on my camera over exposed everything, I had to use no flash and tried my best to keep still to keep the pictures from being blurry. Click on the link above the photo to be taken to a slideshow of my photos of the gorgeous glass. That boat full of glass balls is a full-sized rowboat. The “reeds” of glass in some of the photos are really tall, probably 10 ft. The lavender outdoor sculpture of glass is probably 20 ft. (Just to give you a size reference.) There are some photos of orchids, also.

I saw the show in November last year. The only word to describe it is awsome! You are right that the only way to go is without flash. I play my own slide show whenever I have an hour or so to sit and relax. Congrats on your photos.
