At yesterday’s banding we banded a Magnolia Warbler. I hadn’t seen one before and was so impressed by its beautiful coloring. It was a rare opportunity for me to see these little warblers up close.

Lynne, I love the coloring of this little bird, too. It has natural makeup, how lucky!
Toni, I should have given credit to your hand, ha. I also said “we” banded. I should have said “Sarah banded,” I watched. I can’t wait for the next banding!

I don’t know what it is about this bird but he looks very proud and well groomed. :-)
